In the bottom right hand corner of this page you will see a small chat window.

Clicking on it will open the window.

Enter your name and email address. If I am online I will be instantly notified and I can respond to you. If I am not online I will receive your message and can email you back. There is a little gear icon on the right-hand bottom of the chat window. Clicking on this will expand it and from there you will be able to print or email a copy of the transcript of our conversation and you can also upload files to me.

I value your input and the time and investment you have made in this course so I try to be available as often as I can. I do live in New Zealand so time differences may make live chat a little difficult but the facility to email me a message is also there.
